Requisition Approval Process
- Enhancement: Before, any edits to the order or participants of the approval flow automatically restarted the requisition approval process from the beginning. Now, if a requisition is edited or the approval flow is modified, the editing user is presented with the option to restart the approval process or continue where it left off. Learn more here!

- Templates in requisition creation: Previously, when creating a requisition, the system did not recognize which template was used to create the job posting. Now, you will be able to see which template was used to create the requisition in the Template dropdown.

Performance
- 360 Review Cycle Management: Performance admins can now move 360 reviews to subsequent stages, in addition to backward to previous stages. Please note: You cannot move reviews out of the "select reviewers" stage and if the review is in its final stage, advancing the review will mark it as complete.

Talent Acquisition
- New! "Say My Name" option in applications: This is a component that can be added to an application that allows candidates to use their computer or phone mic/speakers to record their name pronunciation. This audio recording is saved as part of the candidate profile and can be played back by anyone with access to the candidate's information.

- Applicant visibility: A yellow banner now displays with information about the applicant's onboarding packet if the applicant has applied to multiple requisitions. This will display in all requisitions, so a Recruiter or Hiring Manager knows right away if they have already been hired for another role.

Bulk Calendar Connect
- Enhancements: When configuring the Bulk Calendar Connect, IT Admins can now see when a calendar sync is in progress, in addition to:
- Integration Status
- Last Successful Sync
- Domain
- System admin account to sync calendars
- Available calendars to sync
- Number of calendars synced
and the ability to re-sync calendars within their ClearCompany org in the event of an error.

Recruiting & Onboarding
- Offer letters: We’ve added automation to offer letter setup and offer letter templates so that the offer letter creator can set up a background check to start automatically after the offer letter is signed and accepted, the offer is approved or the offer is sent to the candidate. This will work with any background check provider integrated with the ClearCompany platform. Note: This feature is enabled for early access only.
