Recruiting Automation
Reduce the time spent completing repeatable recruiting actions through the use of ClearCompany's recruiting automation settings.
- Background Check Initiation
- Increase efficiency by declaring background check orders be sent automatically to the candidate during a certain stage of the Offer Letter extension process.
- Hiring Workflows
- Define hiring workflow changes that should occur automatically based on certain recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and Background Check/Assessment Test order results.

Shared Candidate Data
Shared Candidate Data settings provide Recruiters and Hiring Managers visibility into key candidate details listed on an applicant's other candidacies, across their various candidate profiles. Additionally, candidate custom field data can now be forwarded between requisition candidacies and a new shared "Hired" banner that appears across all candidacies when the applicant is hired into a position at your company.

ClearCompany and LinkedIn have partnered to streamline recruiting integrations that share candidate and requisition information between LinkedIn and ClearCompany. The Bulk Calendar Connect tool allows an IT Admin at your organization to integrate all of your employee’s calendars with ClearCompany in one step. Integrating your user's calendar will allow recruiters and hiring managers to easily schedule interviews and assign interview scorecards based on their current schedule.

Rehires
Simplify rehiring past employees with ClearCompany Rehires and ADP Rehires. Both features improve recruiter visibility on the status and background of applicants who are former employees.
- ClearCompany Rehires
- Support the rehiring of an employee as a seamless process. By having one consistent employee record, recruiters have more context on the former employee who is now an applicant.
- ADP Rehires
- When a former employee is re-onboarded within ClearCompany, their employee profile will be updated in ADP with this new information.

ADP Rehires is supported on Version 2 of the Applicant Onboard ADP Integration - please reach out to your CSM to confirm which version your organization has configured.
