ClearCompany Multi-branding creates a seamless, branded candidate experience and provides access to individually branded career sites and brand-tailored candidate communications to support each company's hiring process.

Multi-branding provides support for use of a Brand Name and Brand Logo in the following system areas:
- System-automated candidate communications
- Custom candidate communications
- Applicant and new hire activities (ie. applications and onboarding packets)
- Individual company-branded career sites
- Individual company-brand support for 3rd party job board postings

Multi-branding is a great fit for organizations that want to use one system to recruit and onboard new employees but have multiple brands or child companies under a parent umbrella.

In order to enable and utilize these multi-branding features, your organization's ClearCompany account must be configured with a Parent-Child org setup on the backend. Please note that this account configuration is a paid service that requires lead time for setup.
Whether you have an existing account with the Parent-Child org relationship or you're interested in setting this up for your company, reach out to your ClearCompany Representative for assistance.
What to Expect for Next Steps
- Your Rep will confirm if your ClearCompany account is correctly configured to begin using multi-branding features right away.
- If you do not have an existing Parent-Child account setup, your CSM will walk you through the pricing and delivery timeframe for this configuration request.
- Your Rep will work with you to set the branding details such as the specific Brand Names and Logos to be used. During this step, a new Custom Requisition Field for Brand Name will be created.
- Your Rep will enable multi-branding on your account.
- Some branding updates are applied automatically within the system and require no action from your team.
- Other areas of the system require an initial, but optional modification in order to begin using the distinct Brand Names and Logos.
