Career Site Customizations

We offer basic customizations that can be applied to clients using an iFrame or a standalone career site. We can update colors, fonts (limited), filter options, display columns, logos and verbiage. The site setup is system-set and cannot be altered. If you would like to have access to edit your own Career Site, please reach out to your ClearCompany Representative.

Structure Customizations

The general structure of your organization's career site can be customized. Structural items on the career site include job openings search, the layout of how job openings are presented, and the layout of the job descriptions. 

General

You can change the title of the career site, add a favicon, a shortcut icon, turn on or off the social media settings and adjust the white spacing on the main careers page.

Job Openings: Search

You have the option of having career site search ON or OFF. When it is ON, you can add additional filters to the site like department, city, state, country, office, job function, and requisition custom fields. The order of the filters cannot be changed.

Job Openings: Listings

The layout style can be grid, group, or paragraph. You can display fields like position title, department, city, state, country, office, job function, requisition date, requisition title, and 3 custom requisition fields. We can turn any of these ON or OFF but the order of these columns cannot be changed.

Job Description

You can have the Apply button display on the top, bottom, or both places. The available job description fields are position title, department, office, location, job function, salary, requisition ID, and custom fields. The order of the fields cannot be changed.

Content Customizations

Customization is available for the content of your career site - this includes adding information to the home page, adding headers or footers to job listings and job descriptions, and editing logos, taglines, and headers to the stand-alone career site.

This is the area of the main careers page, and you can edit the content and title here.

Job Listing

You can add a header and footer to the job listing here.

Job Description

You can add a header and footer to the job description page.

Stand-Alone Career Site

You can add a logo to the stand-alone career site. The logo can come from the account logo or you can load a custom logo. You can also adjust the tagline and header.

Styling Customizations

The styling of your career site can be customized to match your organization's branding.

Page Background

The page background can be a color, image, gradient or none. If you need a particular image to be the background, please send us a jpeg image file and we can host it for you. The gradient theme can be light or dark.

Page: Content Body

You can add a border for the content and add color and shadows to it.

Fonts: Body

We can change the family font from a basic list of fonts available, adjust the color, size, and line height. Basic Fonts Included are Andale Mono, Arial, Courier, Century Gothic, Garamond, Geneva, Georgia, Helvetica, Helvetica Neue Light, Lucida Sans, Palatino, Tahoma, Times New Roman, Trebuchet, and Verdana. You can also create custom fonts.

Fonts: Links

We can adjust the color, style, hover color, and hover style of the links on your career site.

Fonts: Page Headers

For page headers, we can customize family font, color size, font weight, transform font case, alignment, and set margins.

Buttons

We can customize the color of the navigation and apply buttons.

Stand-Alone Site Styling

This includes the ability to change the header background (color, image, gradient), header content border width and color, and header shadow.

Job Listing

• Headers & Links: We can adjust the font weight, size, color, and hover color. 
• Fields: We can customize the font-weight, color, and size.
• Borders: We can adjust the border colors. 
• Grid Layout Styles: We can change the row background(color or gradient), row colors, and hover colors. 

Advanced Customizations
