Public & Internal Career Sites

ClearCompany gives organizations the ability to post open jobs on public and internal career sites. These can be used as standalone pages, on the organization's main website, or on an internal page only employees can access. These pages are different than public job boards since they will only contain your organization's requisitions.

When you want to post openings internally, you have the option to do so with either a standalone internal career site or an iFrame to add to an employee-facing page. ClearCompany Support can provide you with the link to your standalone internal career site, which you can share with your employees.

To place a view of your internal career site on your internal webpage, your ClearCompany representative can send you an iFrame embed code. Then, a member of your IT Department can integrate it into the source code of your desired webpage.

Current employees with access to ClearCompany can access these postings by logging in and navigating to Company > Careers.

Public Career Sites

ClearCompany gives you the opportunity to post job requisitions to public job boards as well as utilize a career site that can be embedded within your webpage. This provides a link to a standalone career site that shows all of your open requisitions from ClearCompany, and an iFrame, which can be added to the source code of your webpage that gives a view of the standalone site right there on your webpage.

Customization

The standalone and iFrame career site options are able to be customized so your internal and public-facing sites show different information and can even be visually different. If you would like the ability to customize these on your own, please speak with your ClearCompany representative to enable that feature. Otherwise, ClearCompany Support can assist.

The new Embedded Career Site option for public career sites allows for further customization within the Setup page on ClearCompany.
