Career Sites

To support our clients' career sites we provide a few options including our prebuilt standalone site, a customizable embeddable site, our job feed in either XML or JSON format, or access to our REST API.

Standalone Career Site

For clients that may not want to build their own career site page, we can provide a URL for the career site we host for all clients by default. Candidates can search through and review your open and publicly posted requisitions. Modest modifications can be made to adjust the content of the job listings and the styling of the site's content. To discuss further details about your career site, please reach out to your ClearCompany Representative or reach out to our support team.

Embeddable Career Site

As an alternative to the stand-alone site, we offer an Embeddable Career Site that clients are able to modify through the ClearCompany platform. To create and modify an embeddable career site go to Tools > Setup > Career Sites Widget and Select ADD SITE. From here, you will be able to preview and adjust the contents of your Job List and Job Details. Once you've made all of your changes select SAVE.


Once you've created a career site, you should see it listed under Career Sites. From there you can select Embed Code to copy that bit of code that you can embed into your existing career page.

XML/JSON Feed

For any clients that want to build their own career sites using the requisitions and data from ClearCompany, we can provide a feed of your organization's requisition data in XML or JSON format. This feed is live and displays the current information from each of your open postings. Changes made to requisitions in Clear Company are reflected immediately. Clients and their IT teams can use these feeds to create career sites or share these feeds with job boards for custom integrations.

The data points included in the feed are:

REST API

Clients interested in building their own career site can also reach out to their ClearCompany Representative to gain access to our REST API. REST APIs are web applications that allow the communication and transfer of information between servers. With the REST API IT and Web teams can pull in requisition data, including the following and more:

Benefits

Standalone Career Site - There's no need for clients to build their own career site. This is a pre-built careersite created and managed by ClearCompany with modest customizations to accommodate the clients' needs.

Embeddable Career Site - The embeddable careersite provides clients the option to embed the career site they create in ClearCompany into their own existing website allowing it to automatically take on their website's styling. Clients can also create multiple career sites with varying modifications.

XML/JSON Feed - Allows clients to pull in data into their self-created career sites. Clients can also share this feed with third-party job boards to post their requisitions.

Rest API - Allows clients to pull in a variety of data points to create their own custom career sites.
