ClearCo has upgraded its Predictive Index integration infrastructure from V1 to V2 to support Predictive Index's modern API standard. This mandatory upgrade ensures system stability, introduces automated tracking updates, and unlocks advanced evaluation modules natively within ClearCo.

Predictive Index V2 Capabilities

The Predictive Index V2 Upgrade serves as a solution to manual tracking roadblocks by introducing real-time automation frameworks and expanding the scope of candidate data available to your recruiting team.

Key improvements in V2:

  • Cognitive Assessments: V2 adds full support for cognitive assessments alongside behavioral assessments. (V1 supported behavioral only).
  • Webhook-Driven Updates: Assessment statuses update automatically in ClearCo when a candidate completes an assessment in PI. No manual refresh required.
  • PI Job Association: Requisitions can now be mapped directly to a specific PI job profile, ensuring candidates are routed to the correct talent pool in your PI ecosystem.
  • Enhanced Results Display: Behavioral results show a Reference Profile Name and a fit rating (0–5). PDF reports are available for download.
  • Workflow Automation: Candidates can automatically advance to a designated hiring stage when their assessment is marked complete.

Next Steps: Migration Action Checklist

To execute your migration smoothly, please compile your data and submit it securely to our implementation team:

Gather the following information:

  • Your new PI V2 API Key. Work with your PI representative or admin to generate one with the correct access and permissions.
  • Organization Administrator Name.
  • Which assessment types does your organization use: Behavioral, Cognitive, or Both.
  • Whether your candidates complete a PI assessment as part of the application process (in addition to, or instead of, being sent from the candidate profile).
  • Upload your API Key to the ClearCo Secure File Center.
  • Submit a support request, including your assessment type(s) and application assessment details. ClearCo's team will complete the setup and follow up with confirmation.

Important

Your existing V1 assessment results are not affected. Historical results will remain visible on candidate profiles after the update. Questions? Contact your ClearCo Customer Success Manager.
