Recruiting Permissions
Your access to dashboard features depends on your assigned permissions.

Recruiting Dashboard
The recruiting dashboard provides a central view of requisitions, candidates, and interviews. You can also search for candidates based on criteria relevant to your role.

Note
- Navigating to Tools > Recruiting opens the Requisitions tab.
Show only my data:
- Enabled: Displays requisitions where you are a recruiter, hiring manager, or part of the hiring team while respecting security groups.
- Disabled: Displays all accessible requisitions, still respecting security groups.
- This differs from Requisitions > My Requisitions, which shows only requisitions where you are the recruiter or hiring manager.
Dashboard Tab
The dashboard provides charts and visualizations to summarize your recruiting process.
The Overview tab displays:
- Open requisitions by days open: Shows days from open date to today for active requisitions, or open to close date for closed requisitions.
- Requisition status: Excludes closed requisitions.
- Open requisitions by hiring manager/recruiter (sliced by days open)
- Open requisitions by department
- Open requisitions by office
- The requisitions pending approval table includes Requisition ID, Title, Approver Order, Approver, Approval Status, and Requisition Link.
The View More Data tab will include:
- Open requisitions
- Total candidates for Open Requisitions
- Average Days Open (last 3 months)
- Remaining openings
- Change in new candidates
- Candidates by application status for Open Requisitions
- Requisitions by Application Completion Rates
- Requisitions with no new candidates in the past 7 days, includes a table with Requisition Title, Requisition ID, and Requisition Link.
- Requisitions with no stage movement in the past 7 days, includes a table with Requisition Title, Requisition ID, Requisition Link, Desired Start Date, and Days Until Start.
- Open Reqs Without a Hire (Grouped by Days Open)
- Open Reqs with Openings Needing to be Filled (Only displays reqs with at least 1 candidate) table includes Requisition ID, Requisition Title, Requisition Link, and Remaining Openings.

Requisitions Tab
Manage all job requisitions here:
- Create new requisitions.
- Manage existing requisitions.
- Manage candidates per requisition.
Key features:
- My requisitions dropdown: Filter between requisitions you manage or all requisitions.
- Filters: Search requisitions using custom filters.

Create requisition: As a Recruiter or Hiring Manager, you can create job requisitions to begin your search for candidates. Methods include:
- A-Method of Hiring: Automatically pulls goals and competencies into scorecards and guides. Creating a Job Requisition: A-Method of Hiring.
- Simple Form: Simplifies requisition creation for quick posting. To learn more, refer to: Creating a Job Requisition: Simple Form.
- Requisition Templates: Use existing requisitions as a basis to save time. To learn more, refer to: Introduction to Requisition Templates.
- Posting Options: Once you have created your requisition, you can then proceed to post your requisition. To learn more, refer to: Post a Job Requisition.
Status ribbon: Sort requisitions by status: Draft, New Requests, Pending Approval, Open, On Hold, Rejected, Closed.
The statuses displayed are:
- Total Requisitions: Lists all requisitions, including drafts and deleted.
- Draft: Draft requisitions are requisitions you have begun creating but haven't finished. A requisition will be saved as a draft if you begin the creation process and close it out.
- New Requests: These are any requisitions that require your approval.
- Pending Approval: These are any requisitions you own that are currently in the approval process.
- Open: These are requisitions that are open and may or may not be posted.
- On Hold: These are requisitions that are technically open but are being held from posting.
- Rejected: Any requisitions you own that have been rejected in an approval process.
- Closed: All of your closed requisitions live here.
Requisition display: Customize visible columns (some are hard-coded, e.g., requisition title).
The default display options are:
- Requisition
- Requisition Status
- # Days Open
- Active Candidates
- Total Candidates
- Furthest Workflow
- Hiring Manager
- Recruiter
- Department
- Office
To edit the requisition display, click Edit My Columns on the right-hand side of the page under the Closed widget.
Why can't I remove some of the options? Some columns are hard-coded onto the page and cannot be removed. For example, in the case of the requisition title, you'll want to keep this here so you know which requisition you're looking at.
Below are the requisition display options explanations.
| Column Name | Definition |

| Requisition Title | The title of the requisition. As well as the job title applicants will see. |
| Status | The status of the requisition. Status options include Draft, New Requests, Pending Approval, Open Not Posted, Open, On Hold, Closed, and Rejected. |
| Days Open | The number of days since the requisition was created. The Days Open counter includes the days spent in a Pending Approval state. |
| Active Candidates | The number of Active Candidates in this requisition. An Active Candidate is defined as not being in a Hired or Dispositioned workflow stage. |
| Total Candidates | The total number of candidates in this requisition, regardless of workflow status. |
| Furthest Workflows | The name of the furthest workflow reached, along with the number of candidates who reached that stage. Excludes Dispositioned stages. |
| Hiring Manager | The name of the main Hiring Manager assigned to the requisition. |
| Recruiter | The name of the Recruiter that is assigned to the requisition and will be managing the requisition. |
| Department | The name of the Department assigned to the requisition. |
| Office | If using Job Postings: 1 to-Many Locations, this will display the default location. To learn more check out: Job Postings: 1-to-Many Locations. |
| Openings | The total number of Openings available for a requisition. |
| Date Opened | The date on which the requisition was first created, not necessarily placed in an Open status. Written in Month, DD, and YYYY format. |
| Position Type | The option is selected from the Budget field on the requisition Administrative Info section. |
| Data Group* | If Data Groups are used, it will display which data group this requisition is a part of. To learn more check out: Data Groups. |
| EEO Type | If left empty, this field will display the text "Not Set". |
| Requisition ID | The Custom Requisition ID that is assigned to the requisition. |
| Active Sponsorship | Displays whether any sponsored job postings have been purchased for this requisition. |
| Vendor Enabled | Displays Yes or No to indicate if the requisition has at least one Vendor access enabled. To learn more check out: Vendors. |
| Remaining Openings | The number of openings that have not been filled for a requisition. |
| Close Date | The requisition close date. |
| Custom Requisition Fields* | Any custom-created requisition fields will populate here to be added as a column. |
Candidates Tab
View all candidates in your system based on the recruitment stage:
- My open requisitions: Candidates in requisitions you manage.
- All candidates: Displays for recruiters only.
- Select requisition: Filter by specific requisition.

The interviews tab allows a user with the Recruiter permission to see the interviews that users in the system are participating in. A search can be done to customize the interviewers and move between the weeks.
