Purpose

These nine Liveboards allow HR leaders and managers to analyze workforce representation and pay equity across demographic groups:

  • Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific

  • Can be updated through the user import tool.
  • Populated from ADP if the System of Record integration is enabled.

Race/Ethinicity

System

The employee’s race and ethnicity as listed on their profile.

  • Collected from race and ethnicity questions during the application or onboarding process.
