Purpose

The Active Employees Prebuilt Liveboard provides a comprehensive view of your active workforce. It combines employee profile data with calculated metrics such as tenure and role distribution. Use this Liveboard to support workforce planning, track organizational changes, and ensure accurate reporting across departments and offices.

Attributes Available

Attribute Origin Description

First Name

System

The employee’s first name.

Last Name

System

The employee’s last name.

Supervisor

System

The employee’s assigned supervisor.

Office

System

The employee’s office location.

Role

System

The employee’s role.

Role Tenure (Years)

System

The length of time the employee has been in their current role, calculated from start date.

Hire Date

System

The employee’s original hire date.

Company Tenure

System

The total time the employee has worked at the company, calculated using the Latest Hire Date on the user profile and the current date. This is the total time and not based on role.

Role Start Date

System

The date the employee started their current role.

Gender

System

The employee’s gender as listed on their profile.

  • Collected from the gender question during the application or onboarding process.
  • Can be updated through the user import tool.
  • Populated from ADP if the System of Record integration is enabled.

If this information was not provided during hiring and has not been updated, the field remains unpopulated.

Status

System

What changed during the selected month:

  • Hired: The employee joined.
  • Retained: The employee stayed in the same role.
  • Terminated: The employee left the company.
  • Transferred in: The employee moved into a role.
  • Transferred out: The employee moved out of a role.

Race and Ethnicity

System

The employee’s race and ethnicity as listed on their profile.

  • Collected from race and ethnicity questions during the application or onboarding process.
  • Can be updated through the user import tool.

If this information was not provided during hiring and has not been updated, the field remains unpopulated.

Department

System

The employee’s department.

Age Group

System

The employee’s age range based on birth date. If unavailable, unknown is shown.
