Export Reports are raw, unprocessed datasets pulled directly from the learning platform, available only to SuperAdmin users. Export Reports provide backend-level data access across various learning system components.

No. Reports must be manually generated by a SuperAdmin through the admin dashboard.
Export Reports reflect unprocessed data from the learning platform database, which may contain symbols or encoding formats. These cannot be altered or "cleaned" in the report itself.
Reports are best used by internal Development, BI, or Compliance teams to build dashboards, validate system usage, troubleshoot, or import learning platform data into external tools for broader analysis.
