Debug Reports allow admins to maintain their data integrity and structure by confirming that there is no duplicate or unnecessary data. In this article, we dive into the Debug reports available.

Types of Debug Reports
When users click Review Report next to the report they would like to analyze, the reports will be generated in two ways:
CSV File | Run Report will generate a report on a CSV File which will start downloading. |
Dashboard | Run Report will generate an individual dashboard for the report where additional data is available. Users will be able to download these reports. |
Types of Debug Reports
The Bulk Import Files report provides the files that were uploaded or attempted to be uploaded in the learning platform. These files serve as a backup and when clicking the filename the file will download. (Dashboard)
The Completion CSV to FTP report provides a list of the files that include completion data from the system that was sent to FTP. These files serve as a backup and when clicking the filename the file will download.
Note: In order to see this report, the process first has to be setup to set up this process, this may require configuration from an IT department. <-- Required? What will users see?

The Course Step Video Content report provides a list of the video files that were uploaded to the system as courses.
- To retrieve a file from the list, click on the file name.
- To download the source file, select “Download.”
- To preview the video, select the image of the video under the Title column.
The Recent SCORM Activity report allows for review of SCORM activity for a specific User or SCORM object or both. (CSV File).
- First, select a User or object from the dropdown list by typing the name. It is not required to select both options, but both can be selected.
- For example, to see all SCORM activity for Jane Doe, select Jane’s name and leave the “select an object” filter blank.
- When the Submit button is selected, the system provides an export report containing Jane’s SCORM activity information.
The SCORM Interaction report allows users to review SCORM interaction for a specific User or SCORM object. The information that is displayed here will depend on the interaction information that is specified prior to publishing the SCORM package. (CSV file)
The xAPI Statements report displays Experience API Statements from xAPI courses. (CSV file)
The Objects With No Access report displays a list of learning objects for which no users or groups in the system have been granted access. (CSV file)
The Mail Sent Log report displays a log of messages sent from the system.
- Filter include “From Email” or "To Email”.
- Use the “Export” function to download the report in a csv file.
The User Assignment Exclusions report displays a list of users who have been explicitly excluded from an assignment. (CSV file)
The Object Debug report will display information about all learning objects in the learning platform. The information available includes User Access, Group Access, Parent Object, and Equivalent Objects. (CSV file)
The Assignment Debug report displays information about all assignments in the learning platform. The include available includes Users, Groups, Groupings, and Objects. (CSV file)
