The Action Log report allows SuperAdmins in the learning platform to retrieve a detailed log of user actions taken within the Learning platform. The Action Log is typically used to diagnose login issues or to retrieve an audit trail of user actions.
Action Log Overview
The Action Log provides an audit trail for actions in the learning platform.
- Users can filter the report by Users and include or exclude actions on the mobile app.
- The report description will differentiate between a Superadmin account or other administrative account “logging in as” another account.
Click More Filter and the following filters can be added:
- Learning Object
- Group
- Action
- From Date
- To Date
From the administration dashboard, Click Reports, then Click Action Log.
