ClearCompany Learning: Static Reports

Static Reports contains report templates that are used to report on large sets of data. In this article we dive into the Static Reports available.

Static Reports Overview

In order for a user to see the Static Reports they will need the Static Reports right. Rights also allow admins to assign user rights for individual reports.

To navigate:

1. From the administration dashboard, click Reports, then click Static Reports.
2. From the Static Reports users can run the reports listed below as well as use Additional Filters to apply to any of the Static Reports.

Global Filters Generated Reports

The Global Filters available are:

Grouping	Primary Group	Secondary Group	Primary Role	Status
Job Title	Language	Time Zone	ClearCo ID	Location
Location	From Date	To Date

When users click Run Report next to the report they would like to analyze, the reports will be generated in two ways:

CSV File	Run Report will generate a report on a CSV File which will start downloading.
Dashboard	Run Report will generate an individual dashboard for the report where additional data is available. Users will be able to download these reports.

Static Reports Options

Assigned Objects Status Report

The Assigned Objects Status Report displays all assigned objects for Users and their status for each assigned object. (CSV File)

Clicking Run Report allows the user to select the assignments/users/status that they would like to analyze. Click Generate when ready.

Overdue Objects Report

The Overdue Objects report displays assigned learning objects that are currently overdue. (CSV File)

Completed Objects Report

The Completed Objects report displays all completed objects for Users. (CSV File)

Started Objects Report

The Started Objects report displays all started/incomplete objects for Users. (CSV File)

Complex Object Progress Report

The Complex Objects Progress report displays the progress of complex objects for Users. (Dashboard)

Clicking Run Report allows the user to select the objects/users that they would like to analyze. Click Generate when ready.
In the generated report dashboard: Users can export the report in the top-right. Users will see: User Object Name Started Completed Logged Progress View Progress
View Progress will display additional information about this user's object information.

Object Status Report

The Object Status report displays the status of objects for Users. (CSV File)

Object Popularity Report

The Object Popularity report displays learning objects in order of popularity. (CSV File)

Scheduled Classes Report

The Scheduled Classes report displays the standard system fields for class schedule entry information. (CSV File)

Clicking Run Report allows the user to select the objects/users that they would like to analyze. Click Generate when ready.

Individual Quiz Report

The Individual Quiz report displays an individual User's quiz results. (Dashboard)

Select the Quiz and the User. Clicking the record will display the quiz questions and answers.

Individual Survey Report

The report displays an individual User's survey results. (*)

Select the Survey and the User. Clicking the record will display the survey questions and answers.

Individual Assessment Report

The Individual Assessment report displays an individual User's assessment results. (*)

Select the Assessment.

Consolidated Quiz Report

The Consolidated Quiz report displays an on-screen consolidated summary report for a specific quiz. (Dashboard) 

• The dashboard will show all quiz questions and answers, providing a percentage for each answer.

Consolidated Survey Report

The Consolidated Survey report displays the summarized survey results for an entire group.

Consolidated Assessment Report

The Consolidated Assessment report displays the summarized assessment results for an entire group.

Evaluation Step Details Report

The Evaluation Step Details Report displays detailed information related to the Evaluation steps. (CSV File)

User Last Login Report

The User Last Login report displays the date of each user's last login into the system. (CSV File)

Prerequisite Report

The Prerequisite report displays the status of prerequisites for your users. (Dashboard)

Goal Report

The Goal Report displays goal progress for all users/groups. (Dashboard)
