Manage Objects allows administrators and users with the appropriate rights to edit or create learning objects in the Learning platform.
Resources allow administrators to add and manage Resources. Resources are assigned to learning objects, allowing users to manage learning objects, facilitate class schedules, and ensure proper allocation of equipment and locations.
Tags are keywords administrators can add to an object to help users find specific training in the Browse by Tag search. Tags can also describe a type of training. Examples include customer service, new hires, special topics, etc.
A Series allows administrators to group courses that have associated authors or subject matter experts together. Series are used to group learning together to manage them effectively and quickly.
User Records are pieces of training that might be done separately from the organization or away from the Learning System. The User Record Queue allows Administrators and Managers to view and approve started records submitted by end-users.
Evaluate Users is used for the Evaluations Learning Objects. Evaluations are helpful if a user is required to certify or perform tasks to demonstrate a skill in the training.
Bongo Gradebook allows users to create interactive, video-based assessments that help reinforce learning through recorded user responses. Bongo Gradebook objects are valuable for evaluating skills such as presentations, role-play scenarios, and verbal communication. Bongo Gradebook is an add-on feature for ClearCompany learning.
