Use My account to manage your personal settings and account preferences in ClearCo. Depending on your permissions and your organization’s setup, you can update your profile information, change your password, manage notifications, connect integrations, and configure account security settings.

Access My Account

Select the Profile Icon in the upper right-hand corner of the top navigation bar.
If you have not uploaded a profile picture to your account, this icon will display as a blue bubble with your initials.
- Select My Account from the drop-down menu.
Add or Change Your Profile Picture
Only you can update your profile picture. Administrators and managers cannot upload or change another user’s photo. Steps
- Open My Account.
- Select your profile image at the top of the page. If no image has been uploaded, your initials display instead.

Choose one of the following:
- Crop or reposition your image as needed.
- Select Save.
Details Tab
Use the Details tab to manage personal information used in ClearCo.
ADP system of record
If your organization uses ADP as the system of record, some fields may not be editable in ClearCompany. In this case:
- Update the information in ADP.
- Wait for the next sync to update ClearCo.
Depending on your organization’s configuration, you may be able to update:
- First Name
- Middle Name
- Last Name
- Name Pronunciation
- Email Address
- Work Phone
- Mobile Phone: Your phone number can be used to communicate with candidates. To learn mor, refer to: Configuring Your Mobile Number for ClearText & Text Messaging Candidates using ClearText.
- Password
Note
If you want to update your Title or Username, please contact your organization's ClearCompany Administrator.

Preferences Tab
Use the Preferences tab to update notification, communication, and sharing settings. Available settings may include:
- Email Notifications: Enable or disable New Applicant Report emails (recruiters and hiring managers, only)
- Email Signature: See our Email Signature Guide for tips on setting up an Email Signature
- Calendar Format: Select what format Calendar items will be sent to you from the system
- Time Zone: Set your time zone for scheduling meetings/interviews with ClearCompany

Birthday Sharing
- Toggle whether or not you want your birthday to be shared with your colleagues
- When enabled, this will only share the Month and Day of your birthday
- Toggle whether or not you want your birthday to be shared with your colleagues

Phone number (Work and mobile) Sharing
- There are three visibility options for sharing your phone numbers within ClearCompany
- Hide from Everyone
- Share with my Colleagues
- Share with my Colleagues and New Hires joining my Team
- SMS* if using ClearText: You are able to select to forward ClearText conversations to your mobile device.

- 1:1 Workspace Email Notification: If utilizing 1:1 workspaces.

- Requisition Creation (Only for Hiring Managers or Recruiters)

Accounts Tab
Use the Accounts tab to connect supported integrations. Available integrations depend on your organization’s settings.

Calendar Integration: Integrate your work calendar with ClearCompany to more efficiently schedule interviews. To learn more, refer to: Calendar Integration Overview for detailed instructions.
If your organization is using the Bulk Calendar Connect system, then the Calendar Integration option will not appear on your Accounts page.
- Virtual Conference Service Integration: Once you have an integrated calendar, you will be able to connect a video conferencing account. After connecting a calendar, you can connect a video conferencing provider. This allows ClearCompany to automatically generate meeting links for: Screenings, Interviews, and 1:1 meetings.
- If utilizing Self-Scheduling, you can also manage interview scheduling preferences, including: Interview Scheduling Preferences, Interview Details, and Time. To learn more, refer to: Self-Scheduling Screening Interviews Overview.

LinkedIn Recruiter integration: If your organization has LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) enabled, you can connect your personal LinkedIn Recruiter account. This enables the LinkedIn InMail widget on candidate profiles. Note
InMail history may already appear if your organization has an active RSC integration.
Managing Credit Cards Tab
On the Manage Credit Cards tab, you can add payment methods to your ClearCompany account to be used when sponsoring requisitions on public job boards. Refer to, Introduction to Sponsored Job Boards for more information regarding Credit Cards on your ClearCompany account.
The Manage Credit Cards tab is only visible to Hiring Managers and Recruiters.
If your organization uses JobTarget Enterprise, payment methods are managed directly in JobTarget, and this tab will not appear.
Two-Factor Authentication Tab
If your organization requires two-factor authentication, a dedicated tab appears in My account.
You can configure your preferred authentication method.
- Click Setup Two-Factor Authentication.
- Enter your account login credentials.

Authenticator:

Follow the steps included in the prompt to download an authenticator app and scan the provided QR code. Click Next.

Enter the generated code shown on your authenticator app.

That is it! You should see an on-screen message confirming the Two-Factor Authentication codes are generated in your connected authenticator app.

Text Message

Enter the phone number you wish to receive authentication codes at.
- Click Next.

Verify the provided number by entering the code sent by the system.You should receive the code within a few minutes of providing the number. Click Finish.

That is it! You should see an on-screen message confirming the Two-Factor Authentication codes are sent via text message to your provided phone number.
