Changing the system language for another user

In this article, you will learn how to change the ClearCompany system language to English, Spanish, or French for another user. This will translate ClearCompany platform into that user's preferred language. 

Note: Only user administrators are able to update the language/culture preferences for another user.

How-to:

1. Once logged in, head to the Setup menu.

2. Under Organization Setup, click Users.

3. Find the user you would like to update language preferences for.

4. Once the user is selected, click User Preferences in the modal that pops up on the right.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the Preferences modal that appears and click on the Culture dropdown.

6. Select the language you would like to translate ClearCompany to (English, Spanish, or French) for this user.

7. The user's language preference will update automatically. Next time they sign in, they will see the system in their new preferred language.
