Each person at your organization who has a ClearCompany user account will have a corresponding Employee Profile page. This page acts as a hub of contact and role information for the employee and de
different information relating to a specific employee at your organization. Employees can access their own profiles to view details regarding their previous performance reviews, assigned tasks, and other information regarding their own involvement with your organization.
Based on your permissions in ClearCompany, you will be able to view your colleague's profiles as well. When viewing someone else's profile, some of the pages and options will likely appear differently or not at all. This aspect of ClearCompany is more
To manage a user's profile, you can use the People search in the upper right-hand corner of the system:
or access their profile under User Setup in the Setup menu:
Select the user whose profile you would like to view and make updates to.
Click View Profile on the overview that populates on the right-hand side of the page.
Navigation:
- To add or change any of the fields on the Talent OS profile, simply click on the field you wish to modify. Any changes you make will update automatically.
- Fields highlighted in red: information for these fields has not yet been provided. Click on these to add the information.
- Position History: Click the blue plus icon on the right-hand side of the page to add a new position within the company (if relevant).
- Compensation History: Click the blue plus icon or add compensation history at the bottom of the page to add compensation history.
