Customize Your Login Page

Follow the instructions below to submit your brand images and information to customize the login screen of your ClearCompany account. You can choose:

• Logos
• Background image

to customize the look and feel of your organization's ClearCompany account for all of your users.

Please note: You will need to reach out to your account Customer Success Manager to implement these changes in your organization's clearcompany.com account.

1. Login background image

You can choose a background image to replace the beautiful Boston skyline to better fit your company's brand. In the example, this is the image of the lightbulbs.

• What your Customer Success Manager needs: an image with recommended image size of 1920x1080. Don't have one? You can check out unsplash.com or search.creativecommons.org to find high quality, free-to-use images.
• Pro-tip: In general, you should try to keep this image file as small as possible. When you load this web page, the user accessing it essentially has to download the image each time they land on it. Under 200kb is an ideal file size for this reason!
• Either .png or .jpeg file types are supported.

2. Login Logo

This is a copy of your organization's logo with a transparent background.

• What your Customer Success Manager needs: an image file of your company logo with a recommended size of approx. 300x60 px. For best results, we recommend having an logo with a transparent image background. Don't know how to make an image background transparent? Check out this guide.
• Pro-tip: Your logo will render better if any text in the logo is a lighter color, since it will be going on a darker background.
