Choose from one of our industry-standard packages or create custom packages that align with your company’s roles. Your background check process is supported by a team with more than 15 years of background check experience and has successfully serviced and supported over 400 existing ClearCompany clients over the last 9 years.

| National Sex Offender Search | Nationwide search of registered sex offenders by state, US territories, and tribes. |
| Global Sanctions Search | Global searches of international government databases designed to identify people who are prohibited from working in certain roles or sectors such as the Terrorist Watchlist, OIG, GSA, etc. |
| County Criminal Record Search | An in depth misdemeanor/felony criminal record search for charge and conviction history at the local jurisdiction level. County court records contain the most accurate and up-to-date information. |
| Manual State Criminal Record Search | A misdemeanor/felony criminal record search for charge and conviction history based on a state repository, state agency, state highway patrol, or department of corrections. |
| Federal Court Record Search | Electronic search of Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) for appellate, district and bankruptcy court case and docket information charged at the federal level. |
| Civil Court Record Search | A search that identifies any lawsuits, judgments, liens, complaints, etc. brought against an applicant at the county level. |
| Social Security Verification & Address History | A search on an applicant’s SSN to validate the number, cross reference the death master index, and provides name and address history. |
| Motor Vehicle Report | A driving history report the includes information of status, expiration, traffic citations, violations, accidents, and suspensions. Medical Clearance will be reported on CDL license history. |
| Health Sanctions Search (FACIS) | A fraud and abust control information system search identifies any wrong actions of individuals and entities in the health care field. |
| CDLIS Driver Report | A commercial driver’s license report that includes confirmation of commercial status, expiration dates, restrictions and known previous licenses held. |
| Social Media Search | An A-I report that captures and aggregates internet activity that an applicant has made publicly available from a variety of social networks and profiles. |
| Employment Verification | Employment history verification reaches out to each employer to confirm that the applicant was employed, position help, hire date, and end date. |
| DOT Drug/Alcohol Employment Verification | 3 Year DOT D/A Employment history verification directly reaches out to each employer to confirm that the applicant was employed, position help, hire date and end date. This verification will also gather previous drug and alcohol information in compliance with the Department of Transportation. |
| Education Verification | Education verification directly contacts institution directly to verify attendance, graduation, attendance dates, degree type, and graduation date. |
| Professional Reference | Direct contact with previous supervisors, owners, co-workers, etc. to assess work performance, habits, ethics, professional goals, and contribution. |
