Background Check Dashboard

  The Dashboard can be accessed by users with the Background Check permission in ClearCompany.

After placing an order for a background check, the user who initiated the request will receive an email confirmation containing a link and login info to access the Background Check Dashboard. On this Dashboard, users will be able to access outbound emails to candidates, view pending orders, search for completed results, utilize analytics, and have access to helpful tools regarding background checks. 

How to Access the BackgroundChecks Portal

You can use the direct portal below  to order background checks outside of the ClearCompany ATS for promotions, batch ordering, check on detailed status, run reports or adverse action management, etc. https://allclearscreening.instascreen.net. You should have received an email with the password, if you have any issues contact [e-mail].

Open the menus below to review what you can do within each tab of the dashboard.

Order

The Order tab is primarily used to access the Applicant Pending page, where current orders that have not yet made it to the research stage are located. On the Applicant Pending page, you can view and re-send invite emails to candidates and see if candidates have completed the pre-requisite forms.

Reports

The Reports tab is primarily used to view background checks that are pending research, Pending Reports, or completed, Completed Reports. Also located within this tab is the Advanced Search feature, which provides the ability to use granular search criteria to locate a specific report.

Utilities

The Utilities tab houses useful tools and reports that will help your organization evaluate its background check processes. For example, the Hit Ratio report will let you know how frequently a background check returns results that needed to be reviewed.
