How It Works

Using the Search bar in the LMS, enter a search term in the search bar using everyday language (e.g., “project management basics” or "leadership"). Click the Personalized Search result.
Results are displayed in carousels of relevant training organized by content themes. Here you can Dive Deeper or continue to engage with the conversational AI tool to refine your search.
Simply start typing in the Search bar and click the top result to activate Personalized Search.
Tips for Best Results
Use clear, descriptive search phrases instead of single keywords.
Try different angles — for example, search for “time management for leaders” instead of just “time management.”
Explore related themes shown in the results to discover more learning opportunities.
Take advantage of suggested prompts to refine your search.
Leverage the Course Builder or the ClearCo Content Marketplace if the existing content does not meet the need.
