Marketplace Access
To gain access to the Marketplace, ensure that a Marketplace user account is created for your superadmin team members. Most existing Brainier clients already have at least one user account available. If you need additional accounts, send a request to support@brainier.com with the following details:

Accessing the Marketplace
- Navigate to https://marketplace.brainier.com.
- Log in using the credentials provided by the Brainier team.
Note: Changing your password during your first login is recommended for security purposes.
Syncing Content to Your Learning Platform
Access Your Library:
- From the top-right menu, select the “Library” tab.
Sync Courses:
- Sync courses individually by clicking the blue icon in the far-right column.
- Alternatively, select multiple courses and click the “Sync” button at the top-right of the table.
Authenticate:
- Log in using your Learning Superadmin credentials (not your Marketplace credentials).
Check Sync Status:
- Refresh the “Library” tab to view the updated sync statuses for your courses. Icons will indicate the status of each item, and you can hover over them for more information.
Marketplace Dashboard
The Marketplace dashboard includes several tabs for easy navigation:

Bundles | Displays courses grouped into bundles. Click a bundle, such as “The Respectful Workplace,” to view details. |
Authors | Lists courses by provider or partner name. |
Categories | Group courses by general subject or competency category. |
- Authors Link: Navigate to all courses associated with a specific author (e.g., “Vado”).
- Preview Course: Launch and review course content before adding it to your LMS.
- Request Quote: This opens a modal window where you can enter your contact information to request a quote. Submitted requests will generate a confirmation message and are sent to the designated Brainier email address.
- Add to Wishlist: Save courses to your wishlist for later review.
- Preview Store: Use direct links to access course preview pages. Logged-in users can review course content and request quotes directly.

Locating Course IDs: To find a course ID:
- Go to Administration Objects> Edit Object (pencil icon in the action column).
- When hovering over the pencil icon, the URL on the bottom left will display object_Id=47.
- Course Updates: Notifications for updates to courses or bundles in your library can be enabled in your account profile.
- Quote Requests: When users request a quote, notifications are sent to designated Brainier emails at the company level.
