• Document to Course: Transform existing documents into structured learning courses. This option is ideal for converting manuals, handbooks, or guides into organized, learner-friendly content.
• AI Prompt: Ask AI to generate a course based on your criteria. This works well for niche topics or when subject matter expertise is limited.

AI Narration

AI narration lets you automatically generate voiceovers for your course screens. This adds a spoken version of the content, increases engagement, and improves accessibility for learners.

• Automatically generate high-quality AI voiceovers.
• Choose from multiple voices and supported languages.
• Edit narration scripts before generating audio.
• Control playback options such as autoplay or listen in full.

Note:

Token Usage: AI narration uses tokens because generating audio requires processing resources. Each client receives 500,000 tokens per month, and 1 token equals 1 character of text. Token limits reset monthly per client.

Course Publishing Statuses

With Course Publishing, you now have more control over when course changes go live. Each course has both a draft and a published version. This allows you to make updates, review changes, and collaborate safely without affecting what learners see until you are ready to publish.

• Track updates and see how many changes were made since the last publish.
• Revert to the most recently published version at any time.

Course publishing ensures learners always see the most current, finalized version of a course—while giving creators flexibility and confidence during updates.

AI Course Builder Seat Assignments

After you've purchased seats for AI Course Builder, you will need to complete a few steps before getting started.

1. From the Admin Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Options.

    

2. Scroll down to AI Course Builder and toggle it On.

    

3. Use the dropdown to search for LMS users who should be allowed to create AI courses. Once selected, click Add Seat. You will see how many seats are available and in use.

    

Note:

Once a user has created an AI Course, the seat is locked in and cannot be removed or transferred.
