Once you have launched an Express Date-Based Review there may be some adjustments you need to make. Below, we cover how to make changes to an active review cycle.

If you need to add a user to an active review cycle, navigate to Tools > Performance and select the review you would like to update. Once you've selected the review, click the Review Actions dropdown and select Edit Cycle Settings.
You will be brought back to the initial setup page where you can navigate to the People section and individually search and select the users you want to add to this review cycle. Note: only users with the Performance Management permission can be added.
You will be notified if you have missing assignments, but you can also adjust assignments by navigating to Show Assignments > All Assignments at this stage. You can bulk-update workflow assignments here as well. If you need to return to add users, click Hide Assignments
Verify their assignments and click Save Changes when you're done.
If you need to remove a user from an active review cycle, navigate to Tools > Performance and select the review you would like to update. Once you've selected the review, navigate to the Reviews tab.
Select the user(s) you would like to remove from the launched cycle by checking the box to the left of their name(s).
Click the Bulk Actions dropdown and select Delete. Depending on how many users you choose to delete, this may take some time.
Once deleted, this action cannot be undone and you will not be able to restore, download, or report on any of the data associated with these reviews.
If you need to adjust a workflow assignment or send a review back to a different workflow stage, navigate to Tools > Performance and select the review you would like to update. Once you've selected the review, navigate to the Reviews tab.
Select the Individual whose workflow stages need to be modified by clicking on their name and selecting Edit Workflow from the dropdown in the workflow section.
From this page, you can:
- Send a review back or advance the workflow stage. When changing a reviewer you will have an option to persist the prior reviewer's scores and comments. Select the stage you would like to move the review to from the circle on the left-hand side.
- Change the assigned user by clicking on their name, selecting a replacement, and confirming by clicking the green check.
Once you've made your changes, click Save Changes.
If a review has been completed but needs to be reopened, navigate to Tools > Performance and select the review you would like to update. Once you've selected the review, click on the Completed section of the workflow.
Select the users whose review you would like to reopen and click Unlock Review.
You will be prompted to select which Workflow Stage to send the review to when unlocked. Once selected, click Unlock Review.
Before deleting a review keep in mind that this action cannot be undone and the data will not be available. Once deleted users will no longer be able to access this review.
If you need to delete a review, navigate to Tools > Performance and select the review you would like to update. Once you've selected the review, click the Review Actions dropdown and select Edit Cycle Settings.Click Delete Review Cycle in the lower lefthand corner.
Performance Admins can update visibility settings in a review. This can be done, by navigating to the review you would like to update, Tools > Performance, and clicking on the express review you need. Once in the review:
- Click Review Actions, then Edit Cycle Settings.
- Click the Content section.
- Make edits under "Who can view this review after it's completed", when done, click Confirm Changes.

If you need to add a user to a live review cycle, navigate to Tools > Performance and use the dropdown to select 360 Reviews to see your active 360 Reviews.
Select the review you would like to update. Once you've selected the review, click the Review Actions dropdown and select Edit Cycle Settings.
You will be brought back to the initial setup page where you can navigate to the People section and individually search and select the users you want to add to this review cycle. Note: users can only be added if they have the Performance Management permission.
Click Confirm Changes when you've added the new users and verified any assignments.
Click Save Changes.
Once removed, this action cannot be undone and you will not be able to restore, download, or report on any of the data associated with these reviews.
If you need to remove a user from a live review cycle, navigate to Tools > Performance and use the dropdown to select 360 Reviews to see your active 360 Reviews.
Select the review you would like to update. Once you've selected the review, navigate to the Reviews tab.
Select the user(s) you would like to remove from the launched cycle by checking the box to the left of their name(s).
Click the Bulk Actions dropdown and select Delete. Depending on the amount of users selected to delete, this may take some time.
If you need to adjust a workflow assignment or send a review back to a different workflow stage,
navigate to Tools > Performance and use the dropdown to select 360 Reviews to see your active 360 Reviews.
Select the review you would like to update. Once you've selected the review, navigate to the Reviews tab.
Select the Individual whose workflow stages need to be modified by clicking on their name and selecting Edit Workflow from the dropdown in the workflow section.
From this page, you can:
- Send a review back or advance the workflow stage. If the review is still on "Employee Select Reviewers" you would not be able to proceed forward because Reviewers have not yet been selected. If you intend to close this incomplete review, look for the Delete option inside the Bulk Action dropdown menu (this is found on the table listing all review subjects for the active review).
- The only user that will be able to be changed is the manager of the review subject. Change the manager by clicking on their name, selecting a replacement, and confirming by clicking the green check.
Once you've made your changes, click Save Changes.
If a review has been completed but needs to be reopened, navigate to Tools > Performance and use the dropdown to select 360 Reviews to see your active 360 Reviews.
Select the review you would like to update. Once you've selected the review, navigate to the Reviews tab.
Once you've selected the review, click on the Completed section of the workflow
Select the user whose review you would like to reopen and click Unlock Review.
You will be prompted to select which Reviewers will be allowed to edit their responses when unlocked. Once selected, click Unlock Review.
If you need to adjust who is reviewing, you will need to edit the workflow stage and send it back to the selection stage.
