What are Performance Review Notifications?

Performance Notifications

Performance workflow notifications allow you the ability to create clear,  accurate, and personalized emails to review participants.  These notifications greatly impact the end-user experience while also minimizing questions for the review administrators.Body.png

In order to create or edit performance review workflows, you'll need the Performance Admin user permission.

Navigating to Performance Review Notifications

Performance Review Notifications
  1. Click on Tools>Setup.Setup.png
  2. Click Review Workflows.Review Workflows.png
  3. Open the Performance Workflow you would like to edit the notifications for.Reviews.png
  4. Click Notification.Notification.png
  5. Click Notify Current Actor.Current Actor.png
  6. An Edit Notification window will pop up, on the body of the email you can copy and paste the templates below. Body.png
  7. You will want to do this for each stage.

Your manager will then review your self-assessment, rate your performance and hold a performance review with you.

1. Log into your AlphaStaff employee portal by clicking here.

2. On your portal, scroll down and click the link in the Performance Management tile to be redirected to ClearCompany. Click here for a screenshot

3. On your ClearCompany profile, click on the Tasks tile. This will allow you to fill out the performance review.
