Performance Checklist
Are users updated with appropriate roles, emails, supervisors, and permissions?
To ensure correct competencies and supervisors are pulled for your review, we encourage organizations to verify information is correct. Reminder: for a user to participate in performance reviews, they need to have the Performance Management permission.
Are you utilizing an average score based on review responses or are you using a Final Score determined by a single user?
By selecting Include Final Score in a review template, the review will be given a score by the reviewer assigned to the final workflow stage. While the average score calculated from all review responses will be available in reporting, it will not be the score that is visible to the review subject (or others) when Include Final Score is activated.
This can be updated in Tools > Setup > Performance > Templates
Do you have notifications added to each workflow to alert users?
Workflow notifications go out to any designated recipients as soon as a new stage has initiated. You can update the messaging and recipients in Tools > Setup > Performance > Workflows
Have you made any necessary changes to the templates used for reminders, workflow user changes, or cycle-ending messages?
If you’re utilizing reminders, these templates are built in Tools > Setup > Performance > Performance Settings.
Do you want scores or comments hidden from certain users once a review is complete?
It is possible to adjust visibility on both scores and comments independently. Visibility on the final score is determined in Template setup and cannot be changed once a review is launched.
Visibility for comments is determined when launching a performance review and can be updated once a review is live. This is done when launching a review under Content.
