General Error Messages
While performing administrative actions in the Learning platform, you may encounter the messages below. These will often appear with a red exclamation mark.
This message means that the form could not be validated. It is most commonly seen when you click the back button on your browser during a process. To avoid this message, do not click the back button on your browser. If you see this, try clearing your cache and cookies, refresh the page, log out and back in again, or restart your device.
This message means that you do not have access to this object or user. Your superadmin needs to give you access to the user’s account in order to access that item.
This occurs when there is a missing variable or parameter. This most often happens if you click a bad link or bookmarked an old URL that no longer works.
An option is not turned on (this feature is not enabled in their admin settings options page)
cgi.http_referer is null (internal message that end users should never see)
File not found (This means that the document learning object or other file you are trying to access or download does not exist on the server)
