How the Integration Works
When a new user is created or updated in ClearCompany, their information is automatically transmitted to the Learning platform to create or update the corresponding user in the Brainier system. Similarly, any changes to offices, departments, or roles within ClearCompany are reflected in the Learning platform through automatic synchronization.
Benefits of this Integration
- Single Sign-On (SSO): Simplifies the user experience with seamless access across systems.
- Data Consistency: Ensures consistent employee and foundational data between ClearCompany and the Learning platform.
- Integrated Access: Users can access learning resources and the Learning platform directly within ClearCompany.
Prerequisites
To utilize this integration, the following requirements must be met:
- At least one ClearCompany core module (ATS, ONB, PnG) must be in use.
- A closed Salesforce opportunity for the addition of the LMS Module is required.*
Key Considerations
The Learning platform can be purchased as a standalone module or as part of an additional feature set. However, the Talent & Learning integration is only available to clients who purchase or already use a ClearCompany core module (ATS, ONB, PnG).
If the Learning platform is purchased as a standalone module, organizations will integrate directly with the Learning platform using their System of Record instead of ClearCompany.
