Overview

The ClearCompany Learning mobile app enables users to access the learning platform from mobile devices. Users with the Learning permission in ClearCompany can navigate to the Learning dashboard directly from the app.

Please note:

  • Administration settings are not currently supported in the mobile app. To perform administrative tasks, users must log in via a web browser.

  • Login experience may vary depending on whether your organization has configured a custom login URL for Single Sign-On (SSO).


How to Access

The mobile app offers a convenient way for users to interact with their learning content on the go. With the app, users can:

  • Access assigned learning objects

  • Search for additional learning content

  • View training that is in progress, completed, recommended, or bookmarked

  • Receive notifications for assignments and classes

  • Managers/Administrators can use badge scanning to track class completions

Log In Via Mobile

To log in to the Brainier mobile app, users must enter their organization’s unique site URL:
[Site Name].brainier.com (e.g., elan.brainier.com)

Important

Users who have never logged into Brainier before and have not updated their password must first log in via a web browser before using the mobile app.

Logging in using SSO using ADP SSO Link

For the “Login with Single Sign-On” button to appear in the app, the Custom Login URL must be configured.

This setup is only necessary if your Custom Login URL has not already been set to your SSO endpoint.

  1. Retrieve the IDP-initiated SSO endpoint from your IT team
  2. From the administration dashboard, click Settings, then click Options.Options Settings.png
  3. Under the Settings tab navigate to Custom Login/Logout URL.
    • Toggle on if not already done so.Options Custom URL.png
  4. Enter the “Custom Login URL” with the URL from step 1.Custom URL Options.png
  5. When done, Click Save Settings.

Troubleshooting

If users encounter issues with the app, follow these troubleshooting steps:

Restart Device/Force Reset the Application
  1. Restart the device.
  2. Force Reset the Application.
    1. Apple iPhone
    2. Apple iPad
    3. Android
Check for Application Updates
Uninstall and Reinstall the Application
Notification Issues
  1. Ensure push notifications are enabled in the app under Notification Settings.

  2. Verify that notifications are enabled at the device level for the Brainier app
