And don’t forget to check out the announcements below for email changes and an exciting new look for ClearCompany, coming soon.

Product Updates

Office 365 Calendar Integration Improvements 

We've enhanced the Office 365 integration for customer calendars. These enhancements increased the integration's security and now allow customers more control over the access and management of their integration. Read this Help Center article to learn about the updates.

Virtual Interview Links Update for MS Teams

We’ve updated our Virtual Interview Links for Microsoft Teams feature for increased efficiency, resulting in an easier one-time setup for organizations. Customer's IT teams can now quickly bulk connect their employees' Office 365 Calendar and enable Virtual Interview Links for Microsoft Teams simultaneously. Indeed Interview Integration

Our Virtual Interview Links feature has been expanded to now include Indeed Interview as a video conferencing provider. Create a seamless experience for candidates, interviews, and recruiters, by integrating your Indeed account, including free versions, with ClearCompany's Virtual Interview Links. Automatically schedule and generate a video conference link and virtual meeting invitation for every type of interview, including those with multiple interviewers. LinkedIn Integration Status

Automatically view the current status of all of your LinkedIn integrations in ClearCompany to ensure they're running as you'd expect. Statuses displayed are: Enabled, Initiated/Pending, and Not Enabled. Learn more about LinkedIn integrations on this Help Center page.

 

Assisted Onboarding for Non-Email Hires

Enable the sending of onboarding packets in bulk regardless of whether or not the new hire has an email address. Packets for new hires without email addresses will be sent to the Onboarding Coordinator, and can be completed on site. This Help Center article will give you all of the details on bulk onboarding.

 

BONUS: Social Sharing Logo

You now have the option to upload an additional logo image specifically for sharing on social media sites such as LinkedIn or Facebook. This image can better match standards for those sites, making a positive impression on your prospective candidates. Learn more about your logo options in the Help Center.

 

Announcements

Here's the news you need to know as we kickoff 2023.

  • New Email Domain: Starting in February, general announcements like product updates and webinar invitations will be sent from a new clearcompany.io email domain. Emails from ClearCompany staff will still come from clearcompany.com. Please add both domains to your safe sender list to receive these critical communications. Review this Help Center page for more information on email deliverability.
  • Careers Page Options: We have some new options for career page design and setup, but they may not meet the needs of every customer. If you’d like to learn more and see if your organization is a good candidate for our new career site format, contact the Customer Success team.
  • New Year, New Look: Coming soon, you'll see a fresh look for ClearCompany! We're so excited to share the beautiful new design for our website and informational materials. But don't worry about system changes - you'll still have the same powerful, intuitive software and great customer service you've come to expect from ClearCompany!
