ClearCompany’s seasonal software releases provide you with a regular stream of powerful features and useful enhancements, complete with all of the resources you’ll need to make the most out of these amazing new tools.  ADP Updates

      1. ADP Express System Setup Wizard:
        The Express System of Record (SoR) Wizard enables a faster and easier way to create foundational data in a new ClearCompany account for clients who purchase the ADP Bi-Directional Connector. Express SoR eliminates time spent completing the ADP Setup Wizard while ensuring unified and synchronized foundational data between ADP and ClearCompany.

      3. ADP Include/Exclude:
        The ADP Include/Exclude feature allows you to see all of your offices, departments, roles, and employees and clearly determine which are included or excluded from your System of Record. You will also have the ability to re-include any entities that were excluded previously or exclude entities that are no longer utilized.

  New Text Messaging Tools

      1. Employee Text Notifications:

        Now HR can send direct text messages to employees. Employees are opted into receiving text messages but can opt-out if they choose.

 Recruiting Efficiency and Process Updates

      1. Email Drip Campaigns:

        In this new feature, recruiters will be able to set up content and cadence for newly added drip campaigns within Talent Communities. Prospects will be able to indicate interest or no interest via the email sent, and their selection will be accessible to the recruiters managing the campaign.

      2. Self-Service Interview Scheduling:

        Self-Schedule Screening Interview allows applicants to automatically schedule a screening interview after completing an application.

      3. Compensation Benchmarking: (Coming Soon)
        The compensation benchmarking feature allows recruiters and hiring managers to ensure salaries are fair and competitive by viewing compensation data for the role and location of a requisition. Compensation data that is pulled into the feature displays the bottom 10% to the top 90% of salaries in order to facilitate a wide range of options for users to choose from.

      4. Profiles on Candidate Referrer: 

        Profiles on Candidate Referrers allow recruiters and hiring managers to access
        details on a referrer and the quality of their past referrals right on the candidate profile.

      5. Culture Highlights for Career Sites:

        Easily add Culture Highlights to your company’s career site to enhance your employer brand, improve site visitor engagement, and attract more talent. You will be able to easily add your company's mission, vision, and values as well as a video section, custom text, and Meet the Team widget.

      6. AI-Assisted Job Description:

        Users can utilize the AI chatbot to create and edit job descriptions. This functionality is available to anyone with the ability to write job descriptions.

  Employee Engagement Updates

      1. Goal Weighting: 

        This feature allows Goal owners, their managers, and Goal Admins to give weights to goals in the Goals UI. This feature will also allow users to make changes to goal weights during a performance review. Check out this article for more information about Goals in Performance Reviews! 

      2. Goal Categories:
        This feature allows users to set a category when creating a goal. There will be four standard category options: Performance, Onboarding, Career Development, and Self-Development. During a performance review, an Admin will also have the option to select which category should pull into the review. Also, check out this article for Goals in Performance Reviews!

  System Updates and Enhancements

      1. Salesforce Plug-In For Goal Metrics: (If you are interested in this feature reach out to your ClearCompany Representative)

        Salesforce Plugin for Goal Metrics makes it possible to view Salesforce data in our Goals product. Managers need to evaluate multiple data points to understand their direct report's performance levels; viewing quantitative data from Salesforce is one way of assessing progress toward goals. By presenting this data throughout the performance product, managers can save time and create a holistic view of their team member's performance without having to leave ClearCompany.

      2. Employee Journey Enhancement: 
        This enhancement is to the Employee Journey. Employee Journey shows events and milestones and this tool helps HR admin visualize the data from the different parts of our platform for employees. This enhancement adds Prior Employment to the view, including roles from a user's resume from previous employers and roles that they have held within their current organization.

      3. Candidate & New Hire Self-Service Bulk Import: 

        Clients have long wanted to import candidates in bulk into ClearCompany for a variety of scenarios. We have always required clients to use their ClearCompany Representative. With this feature, recruiters can bulk import candidates into ClearCompany from a CSV or XLS. 

      4. CEO Monthly Digest: (If you are interested in this feature reach out to your ClearCompany Representative)
        This monthly email allows us to share key system data with CEOs. We will provide data about the hiring, onboarding, and performance metrics.
