Company Directory

The Company Directory allows any Goal Alignment user to search for any other employee at your organization.

Accessing Company Directory

1. To access the company directory, click Company then People.
2. You can use the filters at the top of the directory to filter the list by office location, department, or re-order the list.
3. By clicking on a user's name, you can send them a message, access their goals, and much more.

Hide Company Directory

To hide the directory, a user will need to have the HR Admin permission.

1. Navigate to Tools >Setup > under Organization Setup > Privacy Settings.
2. You are presented with the ability to check or uncheck boxes for both Phone Numbers and the Organization Chart
3. Unchecking or checking the boxes will save the setting automatically and a green toast message will appear in the bottom corner of the window letting you know the settings were saved successfully.
