Company Dashboard

The Company tab in Talent OS Core is home to Roles, the company Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals, internal careers postings, the directory, and more.

You can access the Company dashboard by clicking on Company at the top of the ClearCompany system.

Overview

• Goals & Performance: Home to the mission, vision, values, and goals of the company (found in Overview) and the Goal Chart.
• People: Home to the Directory and Org chart.
• Careers: Home to any internal job postings posted through Recruiting.
• Roles: Home to your company's roles - used in performance, user setup, recruiting, and more.
