ClearInsights Prebuilt Liveboard: Apps SOC2 Overview

Use this report to understand which applications employees can access and when access was granted or removed.

Permissions

To view SOC 2 reports, you must have IT Admin or HR Admin permissions and use World of Work.

Purpose

The Apps SOC 2 Prebuilt Liveboard gives you visibility into application access across your workforce. It combines employee data with application provisioning details so you can review access history, identify gaps, and support compliance reporting.

Key Questions this Liveboard can answer

1. Which applications are currently assigned to each employee?
2. When were applications provisioned or deprovisioned?
3. Do terminated employees still have access to any applications?
4. Which applications are assigned but not yet provisioned?

Attributes Available

Attribute	Origin	Description
Employee Name	System	The employee's first and last name.
Employee Status	System	The employee’s status: Active, Deleted, or Terminated.
App Name	World of Work	Name of the App set when adding an app.
Provisioned Date	World of Work	The date the app was provisioned. For manual provisioning, this is when an admin marks the task complete. For automatic provisioning, the system sets the date.
Is Assigned	World of Work	Indicates whether the application is assigned to the employee. Assignment occurs when the app is added directly or through a role.
Is Provisioned	World of Work	Indicates whether the app provisioning task is complete. This value resets to false when deprovisioning is complete.
Deprovisioned Date	World of Work	The date the app was deprovisioned. If not applicable, no date is shown.
Employee Hire’s Date	System	The date the employee started working at the company.
Employee’s Termination Date	System	The date the app was deprovisioned. If not applicable, no date is shown.
