Permissions

In order to see the SOC2 liveboard, users must have IT Admin or HR Admin permission and must be using World of Work.

Purpose

The Physical Assets SOC 2 Prebuilt Liveboard gives you visibility into device assignment and lifecycle data. It combines employee information with device details so you can monitor asset usage, support audits, and maintain compliance. This Liveboard is especially useful for onboarding, offboarding, and security reviews.

1. Which devices are currently assigned to each employee?
2. When were devices provisioned and deprovisioned?
3. Do terminated employees still have assigned devices?
4. Where are company devices located, and what types are in use?

Attributes Available

Attribute	Origin	Description
Device Name	Device & Equipment	The name of the device.
Device Type	Device & Equipment	The type of device.
Employee Name	System	The employee’s first and last name.
Device Status	Device & Equipment	The current status: Assigned, Available, Unavailable, or Decommissioned.
Device Location	Device & Equipment	The location where the device is assigned or stored.
Device Office	Device & Equipment	The office associated with the device.
Device ID/Serial Number	Device & Equipment	The unique identifier or serial number for the device.
Device Purchase Date	Device & Equipment	The date the device was purchased.
Provisioned Date	Device & Equipment	The date the device was assigned to the employee.
Deprovisioned Date	Device & Equipment	The date the device was removed from the employee. If not applicable, no date is shown.
Employee’s Department	System	The employee’s department.
Employee Status	System	Shows whether the employee is Active, Deleted, or Terminated. Unknown appears when no employee is linked to the asset.
