Purchasing Your ADP Bi-Directional Connector

ClearCompany and ADP work closely together to create a robust ecosystem of integrations between our two systems, allowing mutual clients to seamlessly align data between the two platforms, leverage reporting and data insights, and more. In this article, we cover the steps for purchasing the connector.

Permissions

Please make sure you are logged into your ADP account as a user with authorization to purchase apps in the ADP Marketplace. Permission needed in ADP:

Standard Practitioner

The ClearCompany app can be found in the ADP Marketplace


ADP Marketplace

  1. Find our US listing here or our Canada listing here
  2. Select the proper ADP Marketplace Listing depending on your ADP Connector 
  3. Select Buy Now and proceed through the purchasing stepsBuy
  4. If you are a NEW ClearCompany client:

     Important

    Be sure that you click the checkbox which states "Check this box if you are a brand new ClearCompany client"

  5. If you already have a ClearCompany Account, DO NOT click this box.
  6. Choose how you would like to be billed for the app.Billing.png
  7. Confirm the order.

  8. Once you've finalized the purchase, ClearCompany support will automatically receive a notification to begin setup for a new integration. That team will reach out to the contact who purchased the connector and your Customer Success Manager with further steps.
  9. Give Consent to ClearCompany
    1. From your apps find the app ClearCompany - ADP Bi-Directional Connector
      Click on the app
    2. This will take you to a business consent page, click Allow
    3. You will then be taken to a user authorization page, click Allow
    4. Then you will be logged into your ClearCompany account
    5. If you were not redirected to the two consent screens go to this URL: https://adpapps.adp.com/consent-manager/ and approve both of these
      1. ClearCompany Enhancement
      2. ClearCompany End User

Once you have purchased the Bi-Directional Connector, your next steps will be to work with your ClearCompany primary contact to walk through the System of Record Setup Wizard. This wizard will be the area in which you determine what data points you choose to align between ClearCompany and ADP.
