This article walks through the steps to disconnect the ClearCompany - ADP Bi-Directional connector within your ADP account. Disconnecting will immediately disable System of Record syncing from ADP to ClearCompany, as well as ADP new hire exports from ClearCompany to ADP. This process should only be undertaken if instructed.
How to Disconnect

Go to Marketplace in the header options, from there select Manage Apps.
- In the column on the left, select Manage Account (this will open in a new tab).
- Select Manage Apps from the column on the left, then search for "ClearCompany". Click the Manage dropdown on the ClearCompany Connector item, and select Cancel Subscription.
