Navigating to Talent Communities

To navigate to Talent Communities, you will first need to go to your desired requisition, Tools> Recruiting> Requisitions, then click on Prospects. The following dashboards will appear based on your features. Prospects 4 Options.png

Dashboard Options

Past Candidates

Past candidates will show you past candidates who have applied based on your specified criteria. If Past Candidates & Source Analytics are the only tabs available (see screenshot below), it signifies that you only have the basic platform and will need to speak with your ClearCompany representative if you want to utilize other tools.

Talent Community

Talent Community is a free tool included in our recruiting platform. It allows you to create and modify talent communities, search for candidates, and communicate with them via email.

ClearCompany CRM*

This paid offering enables users to create drip campaigns for requisitions. Learn more by clicking here, and contact your ClearCompany Representative if interested.

Source Analytics

The Source Analytics tab presents the Pipeline report, detailing candidate counts from this requisition categorized by their sources. Administrators can customize which workflow stages to include using the "Page Columns" setup (Setup -> Recruiting Setup).

LinkedIn Recommended Matches*

Available for clients using LinkedIn integration, this tab provides recommended matches synced with job postings. Recruiters can rate and reach out to these candidates directly through the LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC). Click here for more details.

  • For every requisition (synced job) via the ATS, LinkedIn automatically presents a stream of matches and recommended candidates from across its network for recruiter users to rate and reach out to.
  • These LinkedIn plug-ins will extend the Recruiter System Connect (RSC).
  • Allows users to save candidates to existing ATS requisitions, similar to the One-Click Export feature.

Prospect Workflow

The prospect workflow is just like a candidate workflow- but specifically for your prospects. TC Prospects Workflows.png

Cold Prospects

This paid feature utilizes AI-Assisted Candidate Sourcing to find candidates from various sources. Click here to learn more.

Prospects

Prospects are candidates who have applied to other positions at your company but have not actively applied for the position in question. Typically, they would be qualified past candidates who, on paper, are a good fit for the job you just posted.

The Prospect workflow allows you to move candidates through this pre-screening process while contacting and establishing whether a past candidate is a good fit for the new opening or not.

See the workflow options below.
