Manage Forums allows Superadmins to manage and edit forums in the learning platform. Forums allow users to interact with one another through posting and commenting, and is a great mechanism for engaging your learners and creating group learning opportunities. Manage Forums Overview

Manage Forums is only accessible to Superadmins. Superadmins can grant a User post access and or moderator access. When creating a forum the following fields have to be created:

  1. Categories are subjects for the forums and at least one Category must be created before creating a forum.
  2. Forums are the specific topics that will be discussed within the category.

  3. Threads are the conversations within a forum, initiated by an initial post and followed by subsequent replies from other users.

  4. Posts are the individual messages within a thread, which can be the original statement or a reply to another user's post, admin users can manage posts.
