Recommendations are personalized suggestions provided to users—learners, instructors, or administrators—based on their activity, progress, preferences, or goals. These suggestions aim to enhance learning experiences, engagement, and overall efficiency.
- Managers and administrators can recommend specific learning content to users or groups.
- Users can recommend content to other users on an individual basis.
The Learning Platform utilizes AI technology to suggest content based on user actions and content tags. These AI-driven recommendations help identify knowledge gaps and provide relevant resources to address them, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
To receive recommendations, users must have access—either through group memberships or individual permissions—to the recommended learning objects.
