When hovering over a header on a table, users will see an Ellipsis appear, the options available are below.
Users can filter the measure and create a condition. The options include greater than, is greater than or equal to, is less than, is less than or equal to, is between, is in, and is not in. If a filter cannot be visualized in the filter widget you will only be able to filter via the search bar.
Users can sort by Ascending or Descending order.
You can clip or wrap long text in a table cell, or on a table header.
- When you clip long text, the table cells show only the beginning of the text. The rest appears if you increase the column width.
- When you wrap long text, the table shows all the text in its cells by increasing the number of lines in the cells.
You can perform conditional formatting on both measures and attributes, within table cells and in the table summaries. See below.
Rename the table header.
Removing the column removes the data from the display.
You can use conditional formatting on the table view as well. Note, that the table and chart view are independent of each other. Note, the conditional formatting applied to the table and chart view are independent of each other.
When viewing a table, users can click the Gear Icon on the right-hand and will have the options below.
Configure
You can rearrange the column order of your table after adding all of your search terms.
To rearrange the column order:

Drag and drop the attribute or measure that you would like to move to a new position. The order of columns in the Configure menu reflects the column order of the table.
You can hide a column from your table without affecting the underlying search. From the Visualized Columns section, select the column you want to hide, and drag it to the Hidden Columns section. Click Apply.
Custom sort, you can sort on specified attributes in a chart, using custom sort.
- When viewing a table, click the Gear Icon.
- Under the Configure option, click on the column you would like to sort.
- Users can update the column name, add conditional formatting rules, and Sort Order by Alphanumeric and Custom.
Settings
- Column Summary: For columns with numeric information, users have the option to display the column summaries that display column totals.
- Table Footer: Tables automatically have footers that tell you the number of rows the table has. You can enable or disable this footer

Content density allows users to view more table rows at a time by changing the content density.
Users can change the table theme from the default (outline) to row or zebra. Row removes the lines between columns, and zebra changes the color of every other row.

You can do a column summary by clicking on the column from the configure option. When you click on the column you will see the Summary tab, here you can toggle on/off Display Summary select Aggregation value, and apply Conditional Formatting rules.
