ClearInsights Max Liveboards allows users to pin multiple Answers, creating dynamic and customizable dashboards. They collect related charts, tables, and headlines into a cohesive and engaging data story, empowering users to explore and present their Recruiting data insights effectively. Liveboard Overview

Liveboards function like live dashboards; they are a collection of related answers shown together on a page. They are completely interactive so users can turn talent data into visuals that do more than just inform, they captivate. With ClearInsights Max Liveboards users are able to collect and organize Answers (charts and tables) along with notes.

Creating a Liveboard

From the ClearInsights Dashboard, navigate to the Liveboards Tab.
Click Create Liveboard.
Add a Name (Required) and Description (optional), then click Save.

Action	Description
Customize	Clicking “Edit” lets users modify: Liveboard’s name and description Add tabs, notes, and filters Reorder, resize and delete Answers.
Edit Answer	To Edit an Answer on a Liveboard, select the ellipses on the Answer the select “Edit”. Saving your Answer will update it on the Liveboard.
Drilling Down	Users can drill down with a right-click on each Answer on their Liveboard to learn more about the data.
Present Mode	Turn your Liveboard into a full-screen slideshow and answer audience questions during a presentation. Hover over elements during a presentation to interact.
Show underlying data	Users can see the most granular details of a given result set in an unaggregated view when selecting Show Underlying Data.
Sorting	You can sort Liveboards by: (Recently Created, Most Viewed, Alphabetical (A-Z), and Alphabetical (Z-A).
Personalized	Personalized views allow users to save their own set of values for filters in a Liveboard without editing the original Liveboard. Users can change the values of the already present filters in a Liveboard and save the view for future use. Any changes made to the master Liveboard are carried over to the view, including changes made to pinned visualizations, tabs, filter chips, and re-ordering. Changes made to the view are not pushed to the master Liveboard. This eliminates the need to make multiple copies of a Liveboard with your preferred filter values, that can fall out of sync with the original.
Re-order, resize, and rename	Personalize your Liveboard by reordering, resizing, and renaming your Liveboard.
Explore	Answer Explorer provides users with valuable suggestions on how to explore and understand ClearInsights data. Quickly add a filter, or use the Compare tab to easily perform a “versus” analysis.
Tabs	Use tabs to further group specific Answers together. You can create tabs for the top-level KPIs, and move more detailed Answers to another tab, rename, or delete.
Pin an Answer	Add the Answer’s visualization or table to a Liveboard by clicking the Pin icon at the top right of the Answer. You can either add it to an existing Liveboard or create a new one.
Notes	Use notes to add context to your Liveboard. You can also insert images or embed iFrames.
Delete	When deleted the entire Liveboard is deleted, and its card is removed from both the Liveboard and Favorites tabs (if applicable). All pinned Answers on the Liveboard are also deleted since a pinned Answer only exists on the Liveboard.
Favorite	Use favorites to find liveboards and answers quickly, they will be added to the favorites tab.
Private / Visible to All Recruiters	By default, all Liveboards you create are private. Click the lock icon at the top right to make them visible to all users with Recruiter permissions. Once visible, they will appear on the Liveboard tab for all Recruiter users in ClearInsights.
Filters	You can view and change the filters using the filter list. Filter can also be reordered, by drag and drop on the top of the Liveboard. Check out ClearInsights Max: Data, Search & Filters.
