ClearCompany Learning: Cultivate Overview

Built-in to ClearCompany Learning are several development tools that can enhance your learning and development strategy. The ClearCompany Learning Cultivate features the Assessment Object, Certification Plans, new Assignment Types, and Goal Tracking. In this article, we give an overview of these features.

To enable the ClearCompany Learning Cultivate module, navigate to:

1. Administration > Settings.
2. Options > Settings tab, toggle the Brainier Cultivate button to the ON position.
3. Below are the features available.

Assessment Object

This object enables users to create questions for self, 180-, or 360-degree assessments, allowing point values to be assigned to different answers. Based on the results, the LMS can then recommend relevant learning objects to users.

Certification Plans

This feature allows administrators to create learning paths with multiple assigned objects, automatically delivered to learners on a custom schedule. This approach prevents learners from feeling overwhelmed by a lengthy list of assignments, making it especially useful during onboarding when sequential completion of assignments is essential.

Assignment Types

In addition to assigning by object, ClearCompany Learning Cultivate includes 2 new ways to assign training.

Goal Tracking

Create automated goals to track learning actions that contribute to a configured goal. Additionally, external goals can be manually tracked within the learning platform. Users can add the goal gadget to their dashboard to see progress on any goals they are involved in (user or group goals).
