Assessment Overview

Assessments in your learning platform offer a robust tool for conducting Self, 180, and 360 evaluations, which administrators can create and manage like any other learning object in the platform. The assessments allow for multiple question types, including linear scales, radio buttons, dropdown menus, essay-style answers, and textbox entries. This flexibility enables a comprehensive evaluation of skills and competencies.

These assessments provide actionable insights by highlighting knowledge and skills gaps and facilitating customized learning plans. For instance, if a learner identifies an area where they need improvement, the system can automatically recommend foundational learning content to bridge the gap. Conversely, high self-assessment scores can trigger recommendations for advanced content, encouraging continuous development. This adaptive approach supports both personalized learning and skill advancement for users.
