Searching for Candidates Options
You can find and access a candidate's profile through a variety of methods. Open the menus below to learn more about each path.
In the top-right corner of your homepage, you'll find the Candidates Omni-search bar.
This feature is most commonly used when you know the name of the candidate whose profile you need to access. Simply type the first or last name of the candidate to return a list of candidates that match the criteria. Select the candidate you're looking for to load their candidate profile.
For more information on the Candidates Omni Search feature, check out this article.
Using the Tools menu, located at the top of your homepage, select Recruiting. Then, click on the Candidates tab. By default, you'll be shown a list of candidates that have applied to your Open requisitions. Use the menu to switch the Candidates list to show All Candidates From All Requisitions or type the name of specific requisition to narrow the candidate results.
To narrow the list of candidates even further, click the FILTERS button, found in the top-left of the Candidates page. Select the filtering criteria you need and click APPLY FILTERS to return candidates who match those criteria.
Recruiters and Hiring Managers can search for a candidate within a job posting from the recruiting page, or using the candidate omni search. This can be done by searching directly by candidate name or by applying several filters.
Search Criteria Available
You have a lot of filtering options in Advanced or Saved search. It is expected that each set of criteria will be different for each job posting you have, so each of these is fully customizable on a per-requisition basis.
Keywords will pull any keywords from the candidate profile. This includes the resume and application and is Boolean search supported.
Tags include Custom Tags. While candidates and prospects can be tagged with role and office location, those will live as separate filtering options in a Talent Community.
Custom tags are assigned manually to the candidate/prospect by a recruiter. Learn how to set up custom tags Here.
Roles will include any roles that the prospect has applied to or has been assigned as a tag.
