AI-Assisted Talent Match Overview

AI-Assisted Talent Match allows you to efficiently evaluate and disposition new applicants by assessing their AI-generated Talent Match and Location Match proximity scores. This will allow you to replace manual screening of resumes and candidate profiles with intelligent algorithms that sort resumes based on how relevant their experience and background are to the job requisition.

Let AI identify how your applicants’ profiles align with the requirements of the requisition. Our AI candidate relevancy match functionality provides you with a standardized and efficient approach for predicting who could be a promising fit. Talent Match helps you identify the applicants you want to invite to interviews and consider first.Talent Match Dashboard.png

Important Information

  1. Keep in mind that a resume and a valid job description are required for a candidacy to get a Talent Match score. Only the English language is supported.
  2. Talent Match leverages the ClearCompany AI vector model to generate a Talent Match score by comparing skills and job titles parsed from a resume and requisition based on their contextual meaning and relevancy, providing a more accurate match than traditional keyword matching.
  3. If you are seeing N/A in your Location Match score, verify if your Requisition has at least one location with a valid postal code and that your candidate has a valid postal code in their Candidate Details.
  4. This new functionality promotes candidates within a pre-set distance to a job location, who also have the highest Talent Match scores, to the top of the list.
  5. Lists all candidates in the New Applicants macro-stage for this requisition, pre-sorted by their Talent Match and Location Match proximity scores.
  6. If a non-open requisition is updated to ‘Open’, the Talent Match score calculation will be initiated for all eligible candidates, provided that the requisition and candidates meet the pre-conditions listed below. Note that such bulk score calculation may take a few minutes and ‘Processing' will be displayed instead of a score in the meantime.

F.A.Q.

How does the AI work?

The AI doesn't decide who you should hire; it simply provides AI match and location match scores for each resume based on your job description. This helps you quickly sort through candidates and prioritize those most suited for the position.

How are candidates scored/matched?

The ClearCompany AI matching model analyzes candidate skills and job titles in resumes, compares them with job description requirements, and generates an AI Talent Match score. Combined with a location match score, the system promotes candidates who meet both job and location criteria to the top of the list, streamlining the review and selection process.

Location Match is a separate, non-AI score that complements the AI Talent Match score. The feature elevates candidates who meet both job description and location requirements to the top of the list, enabling recruiters to easily review and move forward with best candidates.

What permissions are needed to see Talent Match?

To use this feature, a user must be a Recruiter or Hiring Manager with access to a Requisition> Candidates> New Applicants tab.

To turn off or re-enable this feature in ClearCompany AI settings, a user must have the Talent Admin or HR Admin permissions.
