ClearInsights Prebuilt Liveboard: Workflow Stage Analysis Overview

The Workflow Stage Analysis Liveboard provides visibility into how candidates move through your hiring workflows. It highlights the number of unique candidates at each stage, how long candidates have been in process since their initial application, and patterns across workflows. This allows recruiters and hiring teams to identify potential bottlenecks, measure efficiency, and improve the candidate experience.

Purpose

The Workflow Stage Analysis liveboard is to track candidate progression through workflow stages and measure time-to-stage metrics. By analyzing candidate volume and average days since applied, teams can monitor recruiting efficiency, spot delays in the hiring process, and make data-driven improvements to workflows.

Candidate Custom Fields can also be included. To add custom fields, the prebuilt liveboard must be duplicated.

Attribute	Origin	Description
Stage Order	Workflow	A sequential number indicating the position of a stage across all hiring workflows. Stage order is determined globally based on the order in which stages are configured in the Workflow Stage Library. This can be managed in Setup → Hiring Workflows → Workflow Stage Library.
Stage	Workflow	The name of the Stage the candidate was moved into at the specific time recorded in "Entered Stage Date".
Unique Candidates	Requisition	The total number of unique candidates that entered that workflow stage.
Average Days Since Applied	Application	The total number of days that have passed since the candidate initially applied, calculated from the Apply Date to the associated Stage.
Total Count Entered Stage Date	Workflow	Total count of candidates who entered a stage on a specific date.
