The Workflow Stage Analysis liveboard is to track candidate progression through workflow stages and measure time-to-stage metrics. By analyzing candidate volume and average days since applied, teams can monitor recruiting efficiency, spot delays in the hiring process, and make data-driven improvements to workflows.

| Stage Order | Workflow | A sequential number indicating the position of a stage across all hiring workflows. Stage order is determined globally based on the order in which stages are configured in the Workflow Stage Library. This can be managed in Setup → Hiring Workflows → Workflow Stage Library. |
| Stage | Workflow | The name of the Stage the candidate was moved into at the specific time recorded in "Entered Stage Date". |
| Unique Candidates | Requisition | The total number of unique candidates that entered that workflow stage. |
| Average Days Since Applied | Application | The total number of days that have passed since the candidate initially applied, calculated from the Apply Date to the associated Stage. |
| Total Count Entered Stage Date | Workflow | Total count of candidates who entered a stage on a specific date. |
