From the Application Editor, you have the option to change settings related to that specific application. In this article, we cover those settings.

Application Header
Defaults to Position Title. This is typically the title of the application and appears in the upper right-hand corner of the application itself.
Knockout Message
If using Pre-Screen (Knockout)Questions this is the message that will appear when a candidate knocks out and fails the prescreen question. This defaults to "Thank you for Your Interest".
On Hold Message
If using a Two-Step Application with rules, this is the message that appears in the application after the candidate completes the initial stage. This defaults to "Thank you for Applying".
Completed Message
This is the message that appears in the application when the candidate has completed the full application form. This defaults to "Thank you for Applying".
Closed Message
This is the message that appears if a candidate attempts to revisit an application after the requisition has been closed. The default message is "Applications for this position are no longer being accepted".

Enable Application Completed Email: This is the email the candidate will receive when they have completed the full application form. This defaults to "Thank you for Applying". |

Enable Application Abandoned Email: This email will be sent to the candidate if they partially complete an application and do not log back in to complete the form within a certain time frame. Defaults to 12 hours. |
Supported Languages
To enable translations for this application form, you will have to select the languages that you would like to support. To translate the application, navigate to your Apply Process and click Translation for the application you'd like to translate.
