How is it used?

The footer can include any information you would like but is typically used for:

  1. Linking to a Privacy Notice
  2. EEO Notice
  3. Information on who to reach out to with questions regarding privacy, applications, etc.

Best Practices/Recommendations

Below are some use cases for the job portal footer:

  1. Including information such as background checks and drug screening.
  2. Alerting candidates that only completed applications will be considered as part of the hiring process.
  3. Recommending the best browser to use and providing information for troubleshooting issues.
  4. Providing information regarding response time expectations in the hiring process so candidates know when they should expect to hear back.
  5. Clarifying when you will reach out to candidates if they are considered for another position.

How to add or edit your Job Portal footer:

To make changes to the Job Portal Footer, you must have the User Admin permission.

  1. Navigate to Tools> Setup. Setup.png
  2. Select Job Portal.Job Portal.png
  3. Use the rich text editor to include the language you would like to appear at the bottom of your applications and job portal.Job Portal Setup.png
  4. Use the  Screen_Shot_2018-05-24_at_12.05.36_PM.png  button to create a hyperlink to another web page, such as a privacy policy.Job Portal Link.png
  5. When you are done, click Update at the bottom of the page.
  6. You can check your work by heading to any application form or the job listings embedded on your company website (public careers page).
